Inside Sales Development Intern

Job Description

The EMEA Inside Sales Organization is the Scalable Sales Capability for Intelligent, Efficient, and Valued customer coverage.
This is an internship position based in Gdansk, Poland. In this position, the candidate will be working along with the Inside Sales Digital Capabilities team as well as the Inside Sales Business Managers, covering the key businesses supported by EMEA Inside Sales Organization.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assessing the customers' business model and goals for growth with Intel products.
- Driving demand generation activities with end users, customers & distributors regarding Intel's focus product segments.
- Developing clear understanding of marketing strategy across the business segments and be able to effectively communicate to a broad set of customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analysing data regarding sales activities and ROI.
- Tracking current state of business and reporting out concerns regarding customers, segment and products.
- Analysing market data and providing recommendations-Become the key point of contact regarding marketing and partnership programs.
- Social selling tracking data- Working effectively with others to accomplish goals.
-Interacting with internal stakeholders at an EMEA Europe, Middle East, Turkey and Africa level.
-Support Inside Sales Centre teams and Managers on use of CRM system.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess a relevant education background and active student status for next 12 or 24 months.


Additional qualifications include:
- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Additional language (German or French) will be an asset
- Creative & high attention to detail
- Graphic Design Skills will be a great advantage but it's not essential
- Relevant work experience in a Business analysis/Operations role a plus.
- Very good Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills, rigorous and analytic
- Self-starter and a self-sufficient and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a diverse international team environment
