We are looking for a highly motivated & experienced professional for Machine Learning and Computer vision centered Software and Systems development. This job includes defining the requirements and architecture of the system in terms of the SoC, and various peripherals, define the next generation workloads for new products which involve Computer Vision and Deep Learning. You will work closely with partners from HW and SW Engineering organizations, and Strategic Planning from various Intel Business Units as well as our eco system partners and customers.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must have BS, or MS, Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Architecture, or Electrical Engineering with at least 5-7 years of software ans systems development around open source systems. You also should be well acquainted with Computer Vision and Deep Learning with proven record of algorithm development or optimization. You should have exposure to working closely with HW and co-developing key modules as the hardware is being speced and designed. You should have expertise to review HW designs to suit the products being defined. You should have deep understanding of Intel architecture and passion for system level architecture definition and design. Good exposure to Intel's Graphics Architecture and generic GPU architectures is preferable. Experience on embedded systems is a definite plus .
In addition to technical qualifications, the role requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional and cross-site groups. You should be a self-starter and be able to deal nebulous problem areas and be able to come up with out-of-box solutions.
