WLAN Driver Developer

Job Description
This Position is in Intel Connected Home Division - Wireless Platforms Group.

You will be working on development of cutting-edge Intel wireless communication technologies products like multi-gigabit Wi-Fi, Mesh networks and distributed systems providing connectivity over extremely high speeds.

Your job will include working on pre-silicon emulation platforms, developing drivers for the next generation of 802.11AX WLAN standard, integrating into systems and lab testing of your products developed in C/C++ and various scripting languages.

Your designs need to meet the highest standards of secure design and coding, high performance and fast response times and innovative solutions to the most vexing problems.

You will have access to top quality domain training in the area of wireless communication networks, as well as related domains and fields of software development.


Qualifications

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ software development. C++11 experience is an advantage.
- Experience in linux environment on embedded systems familiar with both kernel/user space.
- Networking knowledge in L2-L4 on linux environment
- At least 5 years experience on WLAN/WiFi SW development (Driver or FW)
- Knowledge on WiFi mesh protocols/features with hands-on experience on 802.11 s, k, v, r
- WFA certification experience
- Experience working with cross site and scrum teams is an advantage.
- High motivation and dedication is a must.
