TMGSP Solutions Integrator

Job Description
The TMG Strategic Planning (SP) organization incorporates factory strategic & capital planning to define what our factories and their associated capital equipment needs are to achieve our long-term manufacturing objectives. As part of this global team, we support key systems and businesses that support our strategic and capital planning. The solutions integration PM responsibilities include, but are not limited to, gaining development and IP approval for integrated data platforms, owning, managing, and driving business alignment and system demand in the capacity, capital, and cost arena and integrating data visualization in a consistent, standard reporting method. As a TMG SP Solutions Integrator PM, you will provide a standard structure to integrate systems solutions to support TMG business needs. This role will work across various matrix organizations partnering directly with key stakeholders across LTD, FSM, GSM, ATM, ATTD, IT and Finance with a primary focus in the capital realm. The successful applicant should have a strong understanding of TMG organizations and factory knowledge.

o Expected to lead organizational matrix forums and presentations across matrix organizations.
o Develop and manage schedules, roadmaps and program level deliverables, training material, and facilitate communications across TMG.
o Motivated, self-directed, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.


Qualifications

- Qualifications:
o Education: BS or MS degree and 5+ years of experience. TMG factory knowledge and/or experience is highly desired.
o TMG IP and security knowledge, experience is Program Management, MBPS, Lean practices, is a plus.
o Positive, "can do attitude" and ability to energize others to achieve results.
o Utilizes inclusive leadership and supports an environment of global engagement and collaboration.
o Able to document, verbalize, and graphically present technical problem statements with recommended business improvement and/or system solutions that are directly aligned to improving the business.
o Knowledge of TMG and IT systems, data architect and/or platforms (i.e. WIINGS, SAP, EMS, XEUS) with a strong acumen of associated organizational business processes.
o Familiar with TMG's capital environment, financial practices, factory planning and supply chain logistics, and CapEx and Expense actions, such as, CPA, Procurement, POR, MOR, FSSC.
o Drive resolution of issues highlighted and leverage cross organizational partnerships to enable solutions both the business and systems.
o Effective communication skills to enable the marketing of new functionality in systems or new data tools, with the ability to influence and negotiate adoption.
o Effective stakeholder management, project management, and ability to communicate status, impacts and PAS concisely. Must be comfortable engaging directly with high-level Senior Managers.
o Creative and innovative thinking, strong critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
