Customer Support Engineer

Job Description
In this position, you are entrusted to work directly with customers and customer support team to enable Intel's Smart Sound Technology on OEM platforms.
This position also needs to collaborate with audio engineer team closely to ensure critical issues/new feature from customers can be resolved/supported.


Qualifications

- BS or MS CS/CE- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

- 3-5 years of troubleshooting experience with audio, acoustic knowledge is a plus.

- High English communication and presentation skills

- Strong knowledge in PC architecture and C language.

- Understanding of audio interfaces such as HDA/I2S/PDM.

- Strong lab working and debug skills

- Traveling both international and domestic

- Strong adaptive ability to work effectively in a global team environment and across organizational boundaries

- Strong ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and exhibit strong influencing skills and customer orientation in an ambiguous environment.
