Successful candidate must have a track record of driving cross-group architecture definitions ensuring successful collaboration across groups. In addition, they should have a solid understanding of client workloads, usages and platforms requirements. The position requires working closely with a number of internal and external stakeholders and requires inspiring and guiding matrixed teams, so beyond the technical expertise, the job is a leadership role with a requirement for superior communication skills, ability to negotiate conflicts and differences across different individuals/teams and ability to enroll the larger team on the targeted direction and be a trusted partner.
* M.S. or PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering or Computer Science, along with 8+ years of relevant architecture experience.
* Experience and demonstrated expertise solving complex multi-dimensional problems.
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
* Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
