Inside this Business Group
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field;
Ten years of IT infrastructure and client management experience in an enterprise environment;
Experience with various platform ingredients (HW, BIOS/FW, drivers, OS, applications);
Deep understanding of platform integration and structured technical problem solving;
Experience working directly with customers (internal and external) via phone, email, or in person;
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability articulating complex technical solutions;
Advanced debug skills and ability to replicate customer issues;
Exposure to 802.1x, x.509, RADIUS, certificate authorities, WWAN technologies, Cisco NAC and UAC;
Strong network infrastructure background (SQL, DNS, DHCP, TLS, active directory, etc.).
Intel Active Management Technology experience;
MCSE with certification in Microsoft SCCM.
