In this position, candidate will perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of two Sr Directors located in SC. Candidate will also give team support to the group. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events, organizes and manages calendar schedule for manager, makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports, owns and drives event logistics including Open Forums and Staff FTF Meetings, works cooperatively with the team of administrative partners supporting QRE/CQN activities and events, serves as an information resource and communication channel for policies and procedures, maintains and updates WorkDay and coordinates organization chart updates. This position also provides new hire support, processes terms/transfers, handles FDO set-up, maintains office supplies, manages departmental recognition, and is a resource for office related software applications. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. Judgment and decision making ability is required in resolving moderately complex problems.
Additional Profile Characteristics Preferred: Proven teamwork skills as this position requires the ability to work closely with multiple Admins to manage complex details across calendars, events, and travel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable interacting with all levels inside and outside Intel Corporation
