Experience leading and managing technical teams in a highly complex and dynamic environment. Must have a proven track record of stakeholder and supplier management and influence customer orientation systems thinking people and resource management cost effective Q&R goal setting and quality systems development, deployment and improvement. Previous experience working within the Fab Manufacturing ecosystem is highly desirable. The candidate should have earned an MS or Ph.D. degree in a related engineering or physical sciences discipline such as Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Physics and have at least 3-5 years of direct managerial experience. Direct FSM or Fab TD experience is a plus. Travel to supplier sites might be required, as well as participation in meetings with global partners in the USA and Asia. Job location is in Hillsboro, OR
