As a Corporate Real Estate Global Portfolio Manager, you will report to the Corporate Real Estate Director and will be part of a team that manages all current/forecasted real estate supply/demand modeling and the development of facility strategic plans. You will be responsible for establishing, leading and managing project teams of business group customers, stakeholders, and peers, to develop and deliver Land & Construction asset recommendations. You will also be responsible for a number of areas in CRESD's business such as:
Strategic Site Planning: (i) lead, develop and influence the implementation of facility strategic plans across the company based on actual utilization of space in an effort to maximize the most efficient use of Intel's strategic capital, (ii) establishing, proliferating and ensuring the compliance of established global office space standards, tools and strategic planning programs by leveraging the CS planning community, (iii) manage actual headcount and utilization data as well as business group and site forecasts to identify where office capacity is needed globally to support Intel's global office requirements, (iv) lead asset strategy workgroups and recommendations which collaborate with various CS organizations to identify and evaluate the most efficient office space solution alternatives, (v) collaborate with senior BU leaders to understand their business objectives, talent strategies and office space requirements to meet the growing business demands and develop cost effective & efficient space solutions that result in best in class benchmarks while delivering to the CS Ideal State.
Leading, coordination and execution of a variety of site-wide planning projects (program definition, growth management, conceptual site master plan, growth assessment/positioning plans, etc.). Acting as a consultant/liaison to Corporate Services operations and site planning staffs to implement global site strategies.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proven business & finance acumen and the ability to drive sound business decisions
Solid background working on complex, ambiguous projects with senior stakeholders
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; comfortable drawing conclusions from large amounts of data
Possess a clear understanding of Intel's Business Objectives and Global Strategies
Demonstrate proficiency in commonly used applications (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
Exhibit proven customer service and communications skills
Be able to work in an ambiguous environment; maintain high expectations on confidentiality
