Finance Retail Lead

Job Description

As Retail Finance Lead it will require the individual to set priorities for the virtual team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.

Manager for a medium division or a broad functional area.

Key member of the management team providing retail partnership and financial advice.

Represents the division on financial performance and works within their business group.

Partners with management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organisation.

May have business line or domestic responsibility.

Requires breadth of organisational knowledge and the ability to integrate critical information from several diverse areas.

Ensure proper financial controls and business processes are in place to protect the assets of the corporation.

Strong organisational development and management skills.

Candidate should have 8-12 years of senior level finance and accounting experience.

Experience in most aspects of financial operations is required, along with proven influence and strategic thinking capabilities.

A qualified accountant or MBA is considered to be ideal.


Qualifications

A Finance professional with a recognised qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc.) or an MBA with significant Finance content.

Experience in managing virtual teams and influencing non-Finance business partners. A track record of delivering significant profitability and cashflow improvement along with development and unpacking of revenue growth strategies.
