Mergers & Acquisitions Program Manager

Job Description

Join the Customer Quality & Regulatory team in the Corporate Quality Network to direct CQN Mergers & Acquisition activities from due diligence through integration. Expand your network, learn about emerging businesses and technologies, and resolve challenges along the way to bringing products and services to market.
- Represent CQN to the BU, acquired companies, iCAP, and support functions. Communicate M&A status and learnings to CQN stakeholders.
- Participate in due diligence, assessing Quality risks such as: Product Regulatory, Software Legal Compliance, Quality & Reliability, Security, Safety, Quality Management Systems, Quality Culture. For example, where a risk assessment is needed for software legal compliance (SWLC) or open source risk (OS PDT), this person will review code scans.
- If a new deal enters integration, gather and lead the CQN integration team to coordinate all relevant aspects of quality, from the integration into the CQN organization, to product quality methodology, to supplier & customer quality capabilities. Be accountable to achieve quality objectives while defining the quality strategy with the BU and target, transitioning the company's quality people and products into Intel, and removing barriers to realizing value.
- For larger acquisitions that include significant quality related IT projects, work with partners to define the strategy and implement solutions.


Minimum qualifications:
- At least 2 years at Intel
- Perceptive listening, curiosity and attention to detail
- Leader who can make decisions quickly, set direction independently, and inspire teams to achieve quality outcomes

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in CQN or quality organization, with broad understanding of quality, product development, supply chain, and industry
- Management experience
- Crisp communication for working with external partners and senior executives
- Technical background in software and/or technical understanding of Intel products
