CVCG Software Enabling Finance Manager

Job Description
This position reports to CVCG controller and is responsible for financial management of two software divisions within CVCG: Developer Products Division and Developer Relations Division. Responsibilities include

- Direct management of finance team of FP&A, PNL, and Strategic Analysts (3 direct reports)
- Close Partnership with GMs/VPs of Divisions,
- Management of Plan/POR ZBB and prioritization activities
- Close / Budget / Control functions.
- Management of DPD's SW PNL
- Software strategy for discrete graphics products

Developer Products Division (DPD) is an engineering organization with a small PNL. DPD offers a full suite of developer tools including compilers, performance libraries, analyzers, and debuggers that help software developers create the best software possible on Intel Architecture. The PNL derives revenue from a portfolio of Software Developer Tools for HPC/Enterprise and Mainstream Client developer tools markets. Developer Relations Division (DRD) is an engineering and marketing organization chartered to establish and maintain key relationships with ISVs (independent software vendors) through high-touch engineering engagements in order to facilitate hardware sales. Both groups are part of the newly formed Core and Visual Computing Group (CVCG), which is responsible for the architecture, design, and development of the CPU core and visual technology IPs that are central to Intel's SOC products and key to our datacenter, client, and IOT platforms. A key focus of CVCG is expanding our position in the PC market with high-end discrete graphics solutions for a broad range of computing segments.


Qualifications

This position requires strong leadership, proven influence and strategic thinking capabilities, excellent people management, trusted advisor business partnering, and fostering innovation and accountability skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment. Candidate should have 8 to 10 years of senior level finance experience. Prior finance experience is required.
