The desired candidate should have a minimum of a MS degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics, and 5-7yrs of experience across several engineering disciplines. Additionally, experience that relates to some of the following fundamentals of Quality and Reliability are required. These include: a foundation in semiconductor device physics, VLSI circuit design, IC fabrication, failure mechanisms, accelerated stress testing, component qualification methodologies, semiconductor assembly/packaging, component test, failure analysis and statistics. Applicant should be able to demonstrate through past experience the ability to combine technical proficiency with good communication skills written and verbal to effectively influence stakeholders. In addition, he/she must demonstrate excellent problem solving skills in a multi-disciplined team environment and be able to exercise sound engineering judgment. The candidate must also have strong leadership & project development skills.
