Senior IMR Development Engineer (Test Engineer)

Job Description
  • Responsible for developing new products, test program, BKM, RFC, hard ware design & WP closure to enable new product repair in IMR.
  • Work across other functional groups to drive for the required deliverable & be the program lead.
  • Responsible to drive for continuous improvement in cost, delivery, quality & safety aspect.
  • Be able to work independently, able to influence stakeholder, proactive & need to handle multiple projects transfer simultaneously.
  • Will be expected to excel in technical writing of repair specifications, training/test procedures, white papers and paper submission to conferences.
  • Required to role model the copy exactly CE! matching list within IMR organizations. Required to train new engineer & guide them to the success.


  • BS in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline with at least 5 years experiences in PCB Functional test, debug, validation, test programming or related functions.
  • Expertise in PCB functional test, set-up, troubleshooting and test processes with some working knowledge of schematics, SPEED BOM and test programming.
  • Strong proficiency with test equipment i.e. O-scopes, DMMs, spectrum/logic analyzer, etc and basic essential shop tools.
  • Highly skilled in written and verbal communication.
  • Possess strong project management skills, the ability to identify key milestones from project identification to project implementation, and be capable of managing milestones.
  • NI LabVIEW and/or C++ software development and application in a test programming and/or interface environment is a preference.
