Job Description

Intel Corporation has exciting CPLG (Customer Fulfillment, Planning and Logistics Group) internship opportunities for Summer 2018. Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt administrative nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. 

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): 

  • Transportation and Supplier management.
  • Logistics capabilities development.
  • Identifying process improvements based on thorough understanding of business processes and supply chain dependencies.
  • Understanding logistics spending drivers and initiating cost savings by identifying innovative opportunities.
  • Business Analytics.
  • Experience working in a global environment is considered a bonus. 


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Applicants must be pursuing a BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Applicants must have a legal right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Logistics/Supply chain experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Capital equipment transportation is an advantage.
  • Lean knowledge or experience are a plus.
  • Excel skills, logistics, data mining skills are a plus.
