Program Manager, Device FAFI

Job Description
  • Responsible for driving and tracking execution of all Device Failure Analysis and Fault Isolation FAFI activities in PSG.
  • Ensures key deliverable and milestones for FAFI are successfully met, by closely tracking cross-functional efforts to deliver FA results, while coordinating quality tool reports, performance tracking, and quality-of-service metrics and goals.
  • Manage project schedules and performance to milestones/ deliverable for FAFI activity in PSG.
  • Coordinate and interact with diverse technical teams at multiple organizational levels to manage schedules, track milestones, and identify dependencies and bottlenecks.
  • Build and maintain Quality Management Systems QMS by generating system metrics, quarterly performance reports, and activity dashboards communicating overall program health and status.
  • Identify and help resolve cross-functional issues and schedule risks in timely, efficient fashion, as a liaison to other partner groups within PSG and throughout broader Intel.
  • Building positive business relationships between Intel PSG and customers, including travel for face-to-face meetings as needed.
  • Leading initiatives and projects within PSG and with external partners/customers, enabling ongoing quality improvements and business processes.


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer/Systems Engineering or equivalent
  • 7 years of related work experience, with 4 years on project/program management
  • Strong project management skills in requirements management, problem solving, issue/bug tracking systems, quality tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, ability to work and drive activity cross-functionally with multiple teams, time zones, and geographies
  • Experience with FPGA, ASIC, or processor devices
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel to US and internationally
