Manages employees and/or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair buildings, utilities systems, facilities systems, and/or install equipment and associated support systems. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Manage both internal and external stakeholders. Manage facility management and small projects like office refresh and upgrades through integrated facility supplier support. Implement corporate programs by following global standards which includes offices design standards, safety and security programs. Manage office emergency when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
-At least 5 years working experience on facility management.
-Proven stakeholder management project management skills.
-The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong presentation skills.
