You will be a part of product engineering team and will work closely work with product support team and customers to resolve the highest escalated customer issues You will be responsible to manage customer and support team expectations and queries This role require analysis of customer issues and identify issue by going through product logs and available resourcesBeing part of product engineering team you will fix the low to mid complexity issues & facilitate the team to fix high complexity issues by reproducing customer issues, create setups and managing hot fix buildsYou need to co-ordinate with quality assurance team on release and managing product maintenance and hot fix release processYou will be responsible for tracking SLA and reporting metrics This role provides an opportunity and challenge to collaborate with geo graphically distributed teams and to work with various business groups like support, sales, product management and engineering teams.
