Marketing Manager - Consumer
Responsible for the design, planning, development and implementation of marketing communication programs to support marketing strategies and branding programs. Accountable for achieving high return/impact on the marketing spend. Responsibilities include: development of promotional material, collaterals, POP merchandising, ad campaigns, trade shows, development of advertising and promotional tools. Skilled in all areas of presenting and marketing products.Focus on developing strategic marketing programs for partner accountsWork with strategic partner accounts and sales group to maximize potential revenue.Build positive relationship in the Consumer Accounts.Responsible for developing and managing the marketing plan for each account.Work with internal or external teams to develop creative concepts for Partner's Security Center and online promotions.Plan, design and implement materials for call centers and sales campaigns incentives.Responsible for revenue and customer acquisition, conversion and retention targets for each partner account.Identify new business and revenue opportunities.Product Launches: Drive product launch planning. Coordinate all launch activities and provide guidance to the cross-functional product launch team.Sales Tools/Collateral: Assist with the design, development and testing of collateral designed to support the partner's channels such as datasheets, presentations, product demos, etc.Support PR: translate/review documents, POP material, videos and any other document needed in English/Spanish.Plan and participate in quarterly workshops with main ISP partner.Responsible for Marketing Development Funds from planning to execution.Periodically visits to partners in Mexico and some other Latin America countries to discuss the business, strategy, etc. Administrate and Manage the Consumer budget for assigned partners.Develop a marketing strategy for our new line of products, with a strong focus on PC's, smartphones, tablets and IoT Internet of Things.Be in charge of our social media strategy/execution for Latin America Spanish speaking countries, not only for partners but also for Intel Security/McAfee.Travel: 25%-50%.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or equivalent required.Fluent English verbal and written skillsAdditional Qualifications:Five years of marketing and/or sales experience.Previous experience in marketing budget administration and execution.Strong planning and organization skills, with an eye for attention to detail.Expert user of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, product and engineering teams.
