Successful candidate will be responsible for:+ Gathering requirements\functional spec documents, understanding and documenting of customer needs+ Review test plans and test summaries of QA team members+ Mentor the QA team on quality processes and how best to apply them+ Best practice definition for QA automation framework+ Continuous improvement of QA root cause analysis and reporting capabilities+ Test plans integration with other teams\groups
