Objectives may include revenue, margin, volume, MSS, product mix as defined by management. Develops sales strategies, goals and objectives. Conducts regular sales reviews to ensure team alignment. Responsible for weekly sales forecasting of sales team performance. Executes successful solution selling generating license and services revenue and held accountable to defined sales quotas. Applies knowledge of the software market, participants, and their relative strengths & weaknesses. Demonstrates clear focus on high levels of activity in a new business role and takes steps to ensure high levels of prospect facing activity. Interfaces with customers at all levels from senior VP levels to technicians. Applies knowledge of the portfolio of Intel software products and solutions to introduce potential customers to Intel software products and software/hardware solutions. Analyzes the customer environment to understand customer needs and collaborates with technical and/or services resources to provide expertise as needed to meet customer requirements. Works closely with customers to drive POC's and/or various GTM activities. Manages sales and client relationship activities with senior executives of assigned accountsArticulates and positions the full spectrum of Intel products, solutions, and services to key decision makers of assigned accounts. Works closely with Intel geo SMG field sales teams to drive customer adoptions of Intel SW and services. Develops relationships internally with XPGs and various stakeholders.

Preferably an engineering graduate with Masters in business management. Should have 15-20 yrs of solution selling experience in the Govt. vertical in India in the IT industry with knowledge of the cyber security domain as an added advantage.Last 3-5 yrs. should have been in People management role. Should have strong relationships with top officials in key ministries, PMO, policy making bodies like CERT, NSA, DEITY, and industry bodies like NASSCOM, FICCI, CII, DSCI etc. Will be the key driver of the Digital India strategy.
