Define AR and VR reference system architecture on POC/Ref Design and development kits using Intel next generation RealSense technologies.

Responsibilities may include: leading new product development, providing system reference support to OxM customers, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials.

Works with the SW team and sales team to help resolving customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations.

Plans, provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost.

Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions.

Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.

Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.


10+ years experience with a track record of building, leading and managing high-performing teams and leading teams to create impactful technologies, architectures and products.
Must have BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Proven track record of attracting, developing, and leading senior technical talent passionate about innovation. Role model technical manager with vision and collaborative spirit.
A solid combination of technology depth and keen sense of business acumen. Ability to think and drive like an entrepreneur is a must. Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity inherent in advanced product and technology explorations.
Demonstrated track record of driving innovations from idea to products, while bringing to life killer features to delight customers and users. Ability to track industry, usage and competitive trends, and calibrating products to excel in the market place.
