To do all this, we need a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience in technical recruiting and/or sourcing or equivalent, full life cycle experience is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:Hands-on experience using various active and passive sourcing channels including social media to generate qualified candidates who ultimately get hired. Demonstrated ability to gain Industry knowledge quickly to understand the market, competitors and the talent landscape. Have the ability to reach out into the external market to effectively identify, attract and interact with passive candidates.
