Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Seeking an experienced, organized and action-oriented individual to provide high quality administrative support for 3 to 5 divisional managers. Individual must be proactive, with a high level of initiative, ability to anticipate next steps and be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to prioritize. Candidate must have wide-ranging experience, use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. The candidate will also be expected to work smoothly and professionally with other executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning. You must be able to handle a fast pace and ever changing request. Excellent interpersonal skills required given the extensive external interface as well. Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools, proficiency with the purchasing and finance systems. Candidate will also assist in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2F coordination etc.Minimum Required Qualifications:Candidates should possess 6 or more years of administrative experience or equivalent education and experience.Candidates must have 6 or more years in the following skills:-Marketing admin experience-Calendar management including coordinating complex meetings that require senior management attendance -Experience with online tools such as expense reports, Travel tools, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel -Experience working with Microsoft* Office* including Outlook*, Word*, Excel*, PowerPoint*-Experience booking domestic and international travel-3 or more years of experience with SharePoint*, Live Meeting and Communicator


Additional Preferred Qualifications:-Experience with Intel-specific tools such as ePurchasing, Concur, SharePoint etc.- Ability to function in an interrupt-driven environment handle multiple issues and/or responsibilities and meet deadlines without reminders - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and management - Exhibit a high degree of judgment and discretion in handling confidential information and situations - Solid leadership, strong attention to detail, professional/pleasant demeanor, and teamwork skills - Judgment and decision making ability is required in resolving moderately complex problems. - Experience with working with culturally diverse groups located across multiple geographies is required. - Knowledge of Intel business systems such as HAI, e-Purchasing, CRS, travel at Intel, Intel shuttle, and Storefront* a plus.
