Intel Security is changing the game through a digital-first marketing strategy, driving Content Marketing and audience engagement along the digital buyer's journey. We are seeking a creative, prolific, and self-motivated Content Marketing Editorial Director to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Guiding the overall content and campaigns strategy that promotes the value of the McAfee brand, resonates with specific audiences and motivates them to engage - ultimately driving awareness, consideration and purchase.
As the managing editor and content strategist, you will manage the overarching content strategy and editorial calendar in support of all marketing initiatives and campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of content across multiple platforms and formats.
You will manage a team of integrated marketing managers and content producers who are the day-to-day storytellers responsible for producing compelling content aimed at driving leads into our funnel and nurturing them through the buyer's journey-from awareness to consideration to decision to retention and increased customer lifetime value.
You'll also contribute under your own authorship a thought leadership research program and related content strategy collaborating with brand, public relations and digital media teams.

Develop overall content strategy and campaign execution that tells a story, challenges and delights our audiences with new insights to engage them along the buyer's journey ultimately driving to audience acquisition, pipeline and bookings goals.
Map content stories to our buyer persona/audience and orchestrate tactics, assets and messages that align to the buying stages.
Develop and maintain a captivating customer journey through digital web, media, social, etc and in-person event formats engagement vehicles to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
Manage a content editorial calendar across customer narratives and campaigns.
Define and maintain content and campaign metrics and reporting.
Test, measure and optimize all campaign elements to meet pipleline goals.
Continually create and curate content to optimize its use and effectiveness in engaging our audiences.
Leverage social listening, SEO and other tools to ascertain and prioritize potential content opportunities.
Ensure all content is consistent in style, quality, tone, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels including online, social, email, video, print and in-person.
Supervise the management of content maps across the buyer's journey.
Work closely with key stakeholders office of the CTO, solutions marketing, sales, and technical experts to create targeted and compelling content.
Research, write, and edit thought leadership insights and stories in partnership with brand and public relations teams.
Develop innovative ways to tell our story.Develop lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration strategies including content, processes and systems to drive higher conversions of MQLs and Opportunities.
Establish alignment and business processes with peer groups to activate content across PR, digital, account based marketing, events, etc.
Deliver succinct presentations to showcase results against goals, successes, learnings, and revised action plans.
