The IT Service Management ITSM Organization is seeking a self-driven and organized Web designer responsible for creative Inter/Intranet site development. This new role designs, builds, and deploys web pages via HTML and standard graphics applications for Intel's products and services. Designs graphics, animation, audio, video and user interfaces for Intel's Inter/Intranet web pages. Works directly with customers to obtain a clear understanding of their requirements and translate into a product. Establishes and directs the graphic identity of web pages, style guidelines and visual format standards. Identifies and addresses technical design problems through research, analysis and strong understanding of technology tools. Once design is deployed, maintenance and administration is handed over to the Web Administrator. Percent of time spent maintaining and administering sites should be no more than 20%.Job Description: -Responsible for all aspects of design, build, and implementation of Service Management web site. -Support a continuous improvement culture by setting world class sites to drive process optimization strategy and identifying organizational resources and tools to accomplish the strategy-Support the consistent and effective design of new capabilities and features, service management information systems, architectures, technology, processes, information and metrics.-Oversee and guide development of critical KPI's and metrics to ensure processes are running optimally.-Drive analytics and provide operational and process reporting/tracking indicators and proactively work to identify gaps or weaknesses in the Service Management processes. -Work in collaboration with all global process owners to ensure there is full integration and collaboration of all ITSM processes to maximize the value of service management to IT.-Lead centralized mechanisms across IT to increase visibility and coordination to avoid collisions and communication gaps.-Requires advanced knowledge of a highly technical or professional field. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.

-BS in Computer Science or any related field.
-Strong experience with C/C++ programming language.

-Good understanding of computer and Linux software architectures including graphics, software pipelines and hardware device interactions.
