The Senior Administrative Partner supports Intel's Dell account Sales Team. It's a fast paced environment where results depend on moving with speed and precision. The Senior Administration Partner will be a key conductor in the teams operations. Responsibilities include: - Optimize calendar and schedule domestic and international travel - Masterful meeting organization, logistics and management - Effective Communication both internally and externally with partners and customers- Expense budgeting, spending and reporting - Creates exceptional correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets - Executes critical special projects as needed to support the organizations operational and business priorities - Meeting & Event Coordination and support including catering and conference room set-up - Office Management including ordering and stocking supplies- Motivates the team by managing collaboration platforms and the organizations recognition program - Expert resource for the organization on IT tools and company policies and procedures
