*Providing 2nd/3rd level operational service support which includes troubleshooting and resolving application bugs escalated from user, including monitoring and reporting of such issues. * Responsible for the implementation of production fixes, enhancements, testing and inclusion as part of an 24x7 on-call rotation team. * Documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups * Work closely with global virtual teams Developers, System Analysts and other IT partners and customers to provide technical and operational support on Incident Management. * May need the ability to work on several tasks/projects at a time Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related degree or IT courses with experience in application support or development. * Teradata SQL Server Knowledge * HTML5 and Angular JS knowledge Added advantage * Good verbal and written English skills * Excellent technical problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
