Intel Federal HR Compliance Manager

Job Description

Intel Federal, a subsidiary of Intel Corporation, is seeking an experienced US Government Compliance Manager with specific expertise in US Government HR compliance. You will be the functional owner for HR compliance for all of Intel Federal, responsible for understanding the HR and Labor requirements for US Government contracting and ensuring that Intel Federal's processes, policies and procedures comply with both the regulations and contractual terms.  You will work closely with members of Intel Corporation's HR and HR Legal departments to ensure that Intel Federal's processes also align with the greater corporate processes.  You will be the HR compliance expert for integrating the US government portion for any new Intel acquisitions.  In addition to your HR specialization, you will also help drive broader US Government compliance initiatives for Intel Federal. You will be part of the team responsible for managing ethics & compliance within Intel Federal and ensuring that its employees and Intel Federal's contracts comply with U.S. Federal requirements applicable to government contractors and with Intel Corporate and Intel Federal's internal policies and procedures. You will own the monitoring of new and revised US Government rules and regulations and creating and executing a process to determine how they impact Intel Federal.  As a part of this responsibility you will help ensure, through the other functional experts, that any changes are incorporated compliantly into Intel Federal's policies and procedures.  You will own determining risk areas within Intel Federal's processes and work with both internal and external experts to determine the optimal risk mitigations.  You will participate in maintaining and evolving the Intel Federal integrated design policies, processes, procedures, controls in partnership with other functional groups.


  • Business Acumen: Specific deep expertise in HR and Labor USG regulations and compliance, and well as broad knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations, with the ability to interpret level of risk
  • Controls: Expertise in setting up an effective controls environment including ongoing monitoring and issue resolution
  • Leadership: Create a clear vision of what success looks like for your areas of ownership
  • Influencing & Stakeholder Management: Align with stakeholders and gain commitment on vision and mutually agreeable solutions. Build and maintain relationships with business partners and accomplish compliance goals in an efficient manner.  
  • Communication skills: Keep stakeholders informed and aligned with effectively and timely communication in written, verbal and presentation formats. Create effective training materials for your areas of expertise
  • Project Management: Create the plans for managing schedule, scope, risks and quality of compliance items; provide ongoing risk assessment and mitigation strategies and effectively control scope.  Ability to work across geographically dispersed virtual team 


· Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in US Government contracting with an emphasis in HR/Labor Compliance; highly desired to also have general US Government Compliance experience.

This position involves work with U.S. Government contracts which may impose certain security requirements:
