Job Description

Creating an attraction plan to attract the next big talent for Intel, Design nurturing strategies to engage with our talent, define the right recruiting marketing tactics (devlope content , produce exclusive hiring events, deciding on the look & feel of a campaign) - This is just a taste of what the Israeli Lead Generation /Sourcing team does

Our Great team works to Develop and implement long terms Attraction plans to support Ramps/Cross recruitments needs in order to attract qualified talents and meet business strategy. We focused on bringing not just the active candidates but invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach

Our Job #1 is to enlarge and leverage our talents pipelines by creating an awesome candidate experience, work closely with the hiring orgs for attracting, engaging, and nurturing current and future talent for Intel Israel.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with our Recruiters and account manager to plan and execute recruitment marketing activities through talent research, EVP (employee value proposition) definition , develop the right messaging  , build attraction & nurturing  plans , developed content & activate relevant channels (referral generation, job boards , hiring events and sourcing campaigns. Digital & Social Media channels, initiation and implementation of marketing & branding concepts, utilizing CRM database) mange internal & external stakeholders and strive for day to day process improvements based on data and analytics.

Successful candidate will be
An Advanced degree student who can work 4 days a week (at least 2 years Studies remaining time (,

Great team player With Creative / innovative mindset & Strategic thinking. Ability to work in ambiguity & dynamic environment. Excellent project, stakeholders & vendor management skills

, Strong excel capabilities, proven learning capabilities to gain the knowledge & Good understanding of Social Media

It’s even be better if you have

Familiarity with recruitment/ sourcing world & or Previous experience in advertisement, marketing, Marcom, and/or branding/communication/copywriting capabilities

Location: 1 in KG/1 in Haifa- flexibility to work in multiple sites
