Do you want to play an instrumental role in helping Intel Security execute its PeopleFirst initiative?  We are early in defining our PeopleFirst strategy, and this is an ideal time to help craft our plan to design and implement inclusion and diversity programs and processes to create a more inclusive global workplace for our employees – our most important assets. 

Intel Security is seeking an Inclusion & Diversity Program Manager to be a key member of the PeopleFirst team. In this role, you will partner across the business and multiple colleagues in HR, including Recruiting, HR Business Partners and Learning, to assess gaps and needs and design a comprehensive inclusion and diversity program designed to create a more inclusive & diverse global workforce. You will also design programs and opportunities to support employee community building, volunteering and give back programs that promote corporate social responsibility (CSR).

You must be a forward-thinking and dynamic professional, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, make informed decisions, influence at all levels of the organization and deliver achievable and measurable results, in support of our corporate diversity metric. The ideal candidate should not only be passionate about delivering meaningful solutions, but also develop rigorous goal-setting and continuous improvement disciplines and be obsessed about advocating for the advancement of diversity and inclusion and our PeopleFirst initiative. 


  • Partner with management to develop a comprehensive business plan to achieve the key D&I milestones for the year, aligned with PeopleFirst strategy.  Support the evolution of our scorecard and metrics used to measure our success of D&I
  • Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of employee inclusion programs and tools to improve the employee experience throughout the employee life-cycle, including onboarding, navigation, buddy programs, career development, mentoring, building business acumen, leader-led forums, and cohort immersion groups.  Ensure programs are scalable, automated and have a global reach.
  • Design opportunities to support employee community building, volunteering and give-back programs that promote CSR
  • Program manage the design, communication, delivery and maintenance of inclusion and diversity programs and CSR initiatives that support the business needs
  • Identify trends and turn into tangible programs and initiatives and a compelling story to encourage others to join us on our journey
  • Work and collaborate with key Partners in the business, HR colleagues in BHR, L&D and recruiting to ensure programs continue support the needs.
  • Develop and foster strong partnerships with Employee Resource Groups to ensure their efforts around employees and community align to and amplify the D&I strategic plan
  • Responsible for supporting write-ups of inclusion and diversity content for award submissions and maintaining D&I content internally and externally
  • Participate in the development of communications to ensure that managers and employees are informed about available programs, tools and resources
  • Analyze and present trends in the area of inclusion and diversity and stay abreast of best practices and benchmark leading companies. Proactively keep key stakeholders updated and make recommendations to design and launch programs to meet the business goals
  • Ability to build productive and trusted partnerships, internally and externally and at all levels of the organization and establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert
  • Proven ability to drive business results and to think out of the box to develop creative/innovative solutions to business opportunities & employee needs
  • Think big to identify the root causes of challenge areas through an expanded, holistic view and long-term perspective
  • Exhibit a proven track record of innovation
  • Measure programs and impact for ROI
  • Support special projects and other responsibilities, as needed


  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Two or more years of Inclusion and Diversity experience, in particular designing and delivering employee inclusion programs, increasing diversity representation and creating corporate social responsibility initiatives aligned to company mission. Previous experience in tech industry preferred
  • Three or more years program management experience
  • Highly organized and adept at prioritization; ability to recognize and keep track of all the moving pieces in projects, adjusting to new information and goals
  • Possess high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence
  • Demonstrated Project and Program management experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly collaborative, work in a team environment and influence and manage both within and across teams with minimal direction
  • Excellent judgment, positive attitude and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to follow-through and meet deadlines effectively and efficiently
  • Proactive and creative with excellent presentation and written communication skills, problem solving, decision making and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrated track record of facilitating internal people strategies and programs
  • Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Experience using Sharepoint, Jive collaboration platform and Event management tools
  • Working ability to positively model the organization's commitment to integrity, values diversity, inclusion, and maintaining a respectful workplace
