Customer Project Manager

Job Description
Description In this position, you will be responsible for program managing Intel Custom Foundry ICF customer accounts' Analog and Mixed Signal AMS Intellectual Property IP development on multiple foundry process technologies within ICF's Design Enabling and Services DES organization. You will be the prime interface between customers and AMS team, expected to actively participate in customer IP content definition and roadmap planning, align with customers on collateral requirements, deliverables, milestones, and schedules, as well as manage customer issues related to AMS supplied IPs and prioritize numerous contending IP deliveries to customers. In this role, you will be required to interact and communicate with various teams and organizations across AMS and ICF. Your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to: - Working with R&D Program Managers to track IP development schedules, dependencies and define customer delivery milestones and project schedules- Customer issue management. Working closely with Application Solution Engineers ASE, leverage their technical expertise to address customer concerns on AMS supplied IPs. Utilize good engineering judgment to prioritize showstoppers/high priority issues, allocate right resources to resolve issues as quickly as possible. - Working with Application Managers to track test chip silicon characterization, interoperability and post-silicon bring up, on-site support schedules, dependencies and define customer deliverable schedules - Coordination with R&D/Product Line Management/Vendor Management on customer IP requirements, specifications and roadmap planning, prioritize and schedule internal and external customer IP deliveries, disposition new feature change and enhancement requests.- Defining and managing a package of standard management indicators and presenting project status updates to ICF Program Management, customer Program Management and IP teams The ideal candidate should be self-disciplined, motivated and flexible, with the ability to manage tasks of broad scope and large complexity through all phases of the project cycle. The candidate manages and prioritizes customer requests and issues, execution and interdependencies among multiple projects, AMS and ICF teams and stakeholders.


Qualifications - BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related field of study with a minimum of 3+years of relevant experience in Program Management in Semiconductor industry - A minimum of 5+years of direct Customer Engagement/Program Management/Support experience Additional qualifications include: - Proven track record of project execution management in the complete life cycle of a SOC/CPU/FPGA or similar products from definition to design, tape-out and post-silicon bring up- Exceptional organizational and planning skills on complex development project, scheduling and tracking - Excellent communication and presentation skills relative to complex concepts and solutions - Good understanding of leading edge process technologies, devices and the interactions with circuit design - Basic knowledge of SoC, CPU and custom analog and digital design styles, flows, tools and methodologies - Basic knowledge of design software for schematic capture, simulation, layout and physical verification - Basic knowledge of industry standard hardware description languages such as Verilog, VHDL - Working experience with project scheduling tools and indicator development, including MS Project - Working experience of interfacing with process, design and design automation teams - Experience with Program Management practices including Risk Management, - Change-Control, and Effort/Resource Planning/Tracking processes - Project management professional PMP certification is a plus
