BPMS Technical Lead

Job Description
The Partner Relationship Management PRM development team within the Customer Relationship & Digital Experiences IT division of Intel is focused on delivering global strategic capabilities that enable a seamless & unified digital experience across the online partner journey. This is an exciting opportunity for an Application Developer interested in developing solutions to solve complex business problems/process changes. This role is part of a dynamic, fun and high performing team that has a direct impact to Intel's growth strategy through our partner and retail markets.Responsibilities include:Analyze, design, Develop, and maintain solutions to meet business requirements. Understand and suggest improvements to business process, model solution designs using PEGA & Integration Platforms like Mulesoft, Denodo. Execute proof-of-concept design work to explore solution options.Customize & develop integrations required for Cloud solutions with required security.Design and manage the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered.


Qualifications

Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.8 to 10 years as an application developer/software engineer developing enterprise applications , complex integrations.Experience with PEGA or similar BPMS tool implementation is a must5-6 years' experience with Cloud Integration technologies. Experience working with integrations / APIs e.g. Mulesoft, Informatica, SQL, etcSolid understanding & experience in program language like Java/J2EE/JSP, Object Oriented Programming, JS, C, HTML, HTML5, XML, XSLT, CSSExperience with Agile development and CI / CD practices. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:Strong software logic design, analytical/analysis and problem solving skills. Domain knowledge in application integration and technologies. Ability to learn and adapt new technologies with the growth and innovation mindset. Strong communication & Problem solving capabilities. Excellent team player and ability to work in a highly-dynamic environment
