Providing technical support for consumer gaming and virtual reality segment. The successful candidate will partner closely with GMC, SSG and CCG to deliver key messages, demos, and experiences to drive consumer purchase/refresh/sell-up. Responsibilities may include: participating in new product development, representing the customers technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials. Participates in customers visits, and presentations. Provide input and support of benchmarking plans for new products in support of marketing messages. Act as technical expert, consultant, analyst, and program manager. Work with partner orgs to translate business, product and campaign strategy into compelling show/event presence. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Stay attuned of the latest exhibition trends and technical capabilities to inject innovation into CCG shows/events. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in 3 or more of the following:
Fundamental knowledge in PC architecture and building systems
Technology development and POC's creation / management
Development of benchmarking/test plans for new products/technologies
Demonstrated experience in show/event strategy and driving matrixed teams toward execution of business unit objectives
Working knowledge of gaming (PC and/or console), e-sports and AR/VR segments
Field/customer engagement experience
Accountability, credibility with peers, management, stakeholders and customers
Ability to drive results across organizational boundaries by leading cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, willing to adapt to change and willing to operate with limited supervision in an ambiguous environment
Understanding of key audiences - theirs needs, best proven methods to reach them, and success in driving change in behavior
Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, program management, interpersonal/teamwork, stakeholder management, ecosystem enabling experience and presentation skills
