Responsibilities Manage a group of Application engineers supporting Wi-Fi solutions embedded in Home Gateway Platforms Hands on - expected to support customers in addition to leading the team Collaborating with Marketing Customer Program Managers in resolving field issues (on-site when needed) Manage Responses to customers/clients requests or events as they occur Conducting technical presentations, technical trainings demos to customers
