Talent Research Analyst

Job Description
General: This position is for a Research Analyst in HR's Talent Competitive Intelligence TCI function. This individual will help influence business groups' strategic talent roadmaps and business growth strategies. Some of the key role elements include: *Consult and collaborate with senior managers, HR business partners, Talent Delivery and other stakeholders to provide competitive analysis and to forecast future market opportunities for Intel's corporate and regional needs *Analyze the labor market for skills availability and trends in different regions and worldwide *Keep key partners and Intel manager apprised of risks, challenges and potential talent opportunities *Help Intel business groups understand whether the talent they need to be successful exists in a given location, what risks are present and provide mitigation strategies per need *Represent TI&A within Intel and drive market intelligence strategies and efficiencies Specific Assignment Focus: Become a team member of the Enterprise Research team to provide insight and intelligence around talent to senior executives, coupled with recommendations on how to leverage market intelligence, seize opportunities and mitigate threats for some of the biggest business challenges facing Intel today. In this role you will help discover, design and set up talent sensors and other valuable sources of competitive intelligence, conduct external and internal research to support talent insights aligned to key business imperatives, assist in data synthesis to identify the most relevant implications for Intel and provide recommendations that are delivered to the top leaders at Intel.


Qualifications

Required Skills: *Experience in data synthesis and actionable recommendations *Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced and highly ambiguous environment *Ability to simplify and articulate complex topics to multiple audiences *A passion for research, creativity and learning *Strong project/program management experience *Experience in data analytics/science *A balance of HR/Talent and business acumenSkills that will help you be successful: *Prior experience in HR or Staffing related roles *Experience with primary or secondary research, market/competitive intelligence*Ability to work in a tight team environment yet also execute with minimal direction as the situation dictates *Possess clear articulation and communication capabilities across a wide range of audiences *Systems thinking *Strong people network inside and outside Intel *A knack for creativity and innovation *Collaboration and influencing skills
