Job Description: Accelerate the introduction and sale of Intel technology into the retail market place by establishing relationships with the executives of influential corporate retailers in Singapore and Malaysia. The retail sales manager (RSM) position requires partner management and influence across two different countries, Singapore and Malaysia. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of both markets and will be required to travel regularly to manage the business. RSM is a commissioned sales person who is responsible for all levels of account management with our Retail Partners in including; growing Intel units and revenue, managing and jointly executing marketing/merchandising/training strategies. RSM are responsible for negotiating and administering our contra revenue agreements and collaborating with our OEM and ecosystem partners on sell-in and sell-through initiative for iA based computing devices.

University degree and 5-10 years of sales/marketing experience. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute marketing/sales enablement programs in collaboration with partners companies. Strong negotiation skills with the purpose of influencing customer buying/assortment decisions. Highly results focused individual who operate well in ambiguous situations Strong analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with proven ability in cross group collaboration. Deep understanding of the Singapore/Malaysia retail market and ecosystem. Existing relationship with Singapore/Malaysia key Retailers is a plus. Strong Business acumen.
