We operate high-performance Inside Sales Teams & Vendor Sales Centers VSC worldwide, scaling reach through optimized customer coverage models. The Online Sales Account Manager OSAM of New Technology Group NTG sector is a sales position responsible for delivering:1 Yearly business targets2 Sales Development - Attending targeted events, and make sure there is a lead/opt follow up process in place, track and follow up regularly with OSG/VSC on these. Provide feedbacks to marketing team on the events that will result a good leads3 Sales Enablement - Provide trainings and regular updates to OSG on NTG roadmaps, products, processes. Be the OSG point of contact for everything related to NTG. On top of that, continue to work with Regional Sales Group RSG as a team and provide regular inputs/market sentiment on weekly calls.4 Production win - Establishing solid and sustainable growth pipelines for future through Design/Deal Win DW pipeline review and update with OSG account managers, follow up to track revenue after an opportunity is closed/won. Update NTG management team on the pipeline and DW results regularly.5 Business Development - Identifying and covering NTG for OSG customers, doing roadmaps presentations, influencing customers on NTG vision/direction, being pulled in OSG customers on NTG conversations and help close business / design wins, Identify potential NTG partners and eco-system in EMEA.6 Stakeholder Management: Works closely in a team with NTG business unit Sales lead in region as well as RSG platform and distribution NTG leads. Occasional business travel may be required.

Qualifications:- Language: English full proficiency written and spoken. Additional Mandarin languages would be an advantage- Education: MS/BS for computer science, electric engineering's or relevant technical knowledge. MBA is a plus- Experience: Inside or Outside sales experience. Market development experience is a plus. Familiar with Makers and New technology developments - Sales Track Record: Achieved sales and design win quota- Communication Skills: Capable to have public presentation on new products and roadmap. Ability to have business conversation with customers over the phone. - Industry Knowledge: Know the industries, key players, their challenge and pain-point to address our business opportunities especially Makers and Perceptual computing- Technical Knowledge: Can apply technical knowledge to provide better technical sales experience for our customers, based on knowledge around HW CPU, Board, peripherals and SW Application, Tools, BIOS, OS, Drivers, system eg Arduino. - Execution: Capable to "execute" along with strategy and align to business direction. - Account Management: Can apply account management sales methodology to strengthen account relationship and business growth, by involving sales management team- Team Player: Can work in a team with ability to solve complicated problems and requirements from our customers- Relationship: capable to establish trusted relationship with customers, partners, distributors and internal/external stakeholders- Leadership: Self-starter, can drive activities without waiting directions by manager
