International Tax Director

Job Description
In this position as International Tax Director, you will be providing global income tax support and advice to Intel Corporation for its international tax planning and compliance. Experience with a U.S.-based multinational company is required. In the role as International Tax Director, your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing global tax planning strategies, working with an international and cross-functional team.Managing and optimizing U.S. international tax positions, including with regard to Subpart F, FTCs, E&P, withholding taxes and treaty benefits.Analyzing and developing international tax positions for FIN48 documentation and tax provisions for both U.S. and foreign entities as required for global U.S. financial reporting. Supporting U.S. and international tax audits and controversy. Working with Intel Treasury in the development and management of policies for global cash utilization and identification of repatriation opportunities. Advising and assisting the global tax and transfer pricing team in managing BEPS and CbC reporting / compliance.Assisting on the structuring of international mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Taking a key role in developing Intel positions on U.S. international tax reform.


Qualifications

A J.D. from an accredited law school, LL.M in Taxation or Master's in Taxation would be highly preferred. Certified Public Accountant CPA qualification and /or experience in a large corporate tax department and/or public accounting firm would be an added advantage. Additional qualifications include: A highly team oriented and collaborative attitude.At least 10 years of U.S. international tax planning / compliance experience. Solid understanding of transfer pricing and financial statement impact of taxes. Substantial experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and integration. Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills with all levels of an organization. Strong technical research, writing and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech industry and manage multiple tasks within a changing environment.
