THIS IS AN INTEL CONTRACT POSITION ICE In order for Intel to win big, we need great talent! The Global Talent Acquisition GTA team's mission is to turn talent acquisition into a competitive edge for Intel in an environment of increasing talent competition. GTA's data team is presently seeking to hire a systems analyst to help drive development, testing, and deployment of reporting tools for hiring analytics. The successful candidate is responsible for working with stakeholders across the larger organization in order to gather requirements, implement and validate results, and partner with the development team to a create high quality reporting system. The candidate will be expected to participate in and contribute to discussions and activities related to data management and should use their business acumen to tailor their work to the objectives of the organization. This role offers the opportunity for high level visibility as the analyst will be expected to partner across various teams to drive development of reporting tools and dashboards that will be widely available to help the talent organization meet its strategic objectives.


Qualifications

This role requires the following: Bachelor's degree + 4 years' experience Master's degree + 3 years' experience or PhD + 1 year experience in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate would also have:-Experience and knowledge of HR and recruiting environments -Experience with the concepts of sound data management -Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint -Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills -Strong analytical skills and ability to succinctly reconcile changes -Self-starter with strong networking, time management, teamwork and creative thinking skills
