ITIE Service Management DevOps team is looking for an IT Support Specialist who provide technical support to the Integrated SM Platform service customers and stakeholders as well as develops in our platform. Day-to-day activities involve troubleshooting all aspects of ServiceNow such as product configuration and troubleshooting, implementations and develop user stories in our CR Scrum team. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement. The candidate should have MS Windows Server OS knowledge.

Willing to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Familiar with the ITIL Service Management process such as Incident, Event, Problem, Change and CMDB management.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, Knowledge or experience with the following technologies are a plus:
Angular, HTML5 and other development languages.
Scripting languages e.g. PowerShell, VB, SH.
ServiceNow development experience and/or support.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Familiar with CMDB tools e.g. KCDB or other.
Basic Linux knowledge.
