The New Hire Onboarding Program Manager provides onboarding support by guiding Recruiters, Hiring Managers and new employees through the onboarding process.
Responsible for building and implementing global onboarding processes, to include Executive onboarding
Facilitates a seamless new hire onboarding experience for new and existing candidates
Act as a key contact for all matters related to onboarding and monitors progress
Works with business group, as necessary, to coordinate on-boarding efforts.
Communicates new hire welcome details
Provides continual professional contact with the new hire on instruction for onboarding requirements
Acts as a resource for new employee questions
Works closely with Talent and HR organizations
Manages electronic new hire onboarding system
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
Ability to develop, implement, and execute program
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
Excellent organization and time management skills
Significant attention to detail required
Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment, while excelling as a self-starter
Demonstrated client service skills, including interfacing with key Executives
Displays professionalism through sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility
Ability to prioritize tasks and provide detailed documentation / follow ups
Works effectively under stress
Bachelor's Degree in HR or business preferred
