Looking to understand Intel's technical enablement of OEM/ODM designs? Looking to connect dots between silicon features/bugs and customer impact? Look no further! As a member of the team, the candidate will work on enabling customer designs with leading IA offerings.

The job responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Conducts or participates in multidisciplinary research in the design, development, testing and utilization of information processing hardware and/or electrical components, mechanisms, materials, and/or circuitry, processes, packaging, and cabinetry for central processing units CPUs and/or peripheral equipment.

·         Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports.

·         Ensures products conform to standards and specifications. Develops plans and cost estimates and assesses projects to analyze risk. Develops procedures, analysis and design for computer components, products, and systems. Initiates, guides, and coordinates overall design and development of new ideas and products.

·         Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

·         Qualifications:

Required Skills

·         BE/BTech/Bachelor of Science or ME/MTech/Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 4-8 years of experience designing/enabling Intel Chipsets, and/or CPU products and platforms

·         Experience with CPU architecture, internal bus architecture of SoCs and atleast one of the IO protocols such as PCIe, USB, SATA, Audio etc.

·         Understanding of various stages of silicon design and validation.

·         Strong stakeholder management skills in dynamic and ambiguous environment.

·         The ideal candidate should have strong verbal & written communication skills to be able to partner closely with SoC architects, validation, technical marketing, customers and program managers in order to elevate customer enabling experience.

Preferred Experience

·         Experience supporting customers IA platform development and industry ecosystem enabling

·          Understanding of datasheet, errata and other silicon enabling collaterals

·         Experience with Allegro* and Cadence* design tools and experience with schematic and board layouts and design entry & reviews

·         Lab debug skills utilizing lab tools O-Scopes, protocol analyzers, debug HW/SW.


Qualifications
