Understanding that our employees are our most important strategic asset - the successful candidate will be placed in a unique position to mature both their technical and facilitation skills while traveling extensively to deliver courses across our region.Key Responsibilities: Delivery of effective highly technical McAfee product courses through a variety of vehicles. Contribute to the design and preparation of technical labs, aids and materials.Cultivate and maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and other avenues deemed appropriate.Work with Product Leads and Worldwide Training to continuously advance and improve technical and training skills.Actively participates in project review forums to ensure continuous service improvement.Maintain training records, client feedback, calendars and individual financial records.Additional responsibilities subject to business needs and management requirements.


Essential Skills:Excellent oral communication skills with ability to present material to diverse audiences.Strong understanding of ICT concepts and their application within enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of MS office.Ability to work independently and as a part of a virtual team.Desirable Skills: Experience in Security technology - practical implementation.Experience troubleshooting, configuring and/or managing ICT Networks.Facilitation of Training plans - not essential but previous exposure in a training function would be an advantage.Methodologies which produce effective knowledge transfer - which will be enhanced through the support of McAfee's APAC Education Services team.Desirable Education/Experience: Appropriate professional certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credentials. 18 months project implementation, training and/or consulting.Bachelors' Degree of Science or in technical field/concentration. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.The successful candidate will either currently hold, or have the ability to obtain an Australian Federal Government security clearance to work within the security sector.
