Finance FP&A Analyst

Job Description

The FP&A analyst will be responsible for providing full FP&A support to the CDG (Communication and Devices Group) Client CPU Development organization that currently reside in Haifa, Folsom and India. Primary stakeholders are CDG GM/VP, CDG Ops Manager and CDG staff, as well as ITG (Integrate IP and Technology Group) Central Finance and other stakeholder across PEG (Platform Engineering Group) and Finance. Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to budget forecasting Plan, POR, budget tracking and control headcount, expense and capital, investment models and analyses of CPU products development, Books Close of the month/quarter, consolidation of all Client Investment picture across the different groups within different organizations, cross-group spending analyses & process improvements activities as well as software /EDA and capital support emulation, EC.

Position is reporting solid to the Client Development Controller and is matrix to the Client FP&A Manager in the US.


Qualifications

BA in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar field.
MBA is an advantage.
Action orientation, strong attention to details, and good program management skills.
Strong and proven business partnership skills.
Analytical and information systems skills.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into management level summaries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
