Assists sales organization by providing techincal and administrative information. Works mainly with IT systems such as Siebel on quoting and opportunity level under the supervision of the sales teams, has basic undestanding of working with split tables and forecasting tables.
Maintains Lead management for the region. Good understanding of IT systems and is able to generate reports from CRM and BEX for Business reviews.
May be responsible for the housekeeping requirements of the regional office, providing support on logistics as well as event handling and visitor coordination hotel, transportation.
Expected to lead multiple phases of one or more programs/projects concurrently. Actively mentors and provides leadership to peers.
May guide/direct other staff members and/or external consultants.
Applies expertise to complex tasks and leads best practices in areas of expertise.
In depth knowledge of cross functional and related sales support areas, applying knowledge to other areas.
