Position descriptionThe Building Employee Services Intern will work closely under direct supervision of on-site team to perform the below responsibilities:Prepare the Malaysia CS site wide communication e.g. graphic design, grammar etc.Assist in defining, deployment and tuning of communication marketing plan strategies.Leading supporting campaign e.g. Cafe promotion, Guest Chief Program, Environment, Safety Health (EHS) related program focus on Implementation execution. Supporting data collection, driving improvement for building, transportation, cafe and all the Services if needed.

- Minimum Qualification Skills (Must Have Skills):-Candidate must be an undergraduate student of marketing, business management, public administration, journalism, graphic design, multimedia/advertising, or communication degree. Students from hotel/hospitality management are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong written communication skills in English with good conversational English language.
- Candidates should possess strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite).
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have Skills):- Proficiency in webpage development, website content management systems, design software (InDesign) and Photoshop is a plus.- Experience in writing and editing experience is an advantage.
