In this role, you will be responsible for providing Business Partner expertise for teams based in our Northern EMEA regions. This role is based in our Slough UK office will partner with our Northern EMEA Executives and leadership to align our HR programs and processes to meet their business needs. This individual will partner with the Global HR and functional Leadership Teams to implement organizational initiatives, facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, drive employee engagement, and work with employees and managers to resolve employee relations issues and address root causes.
Required Experience/Skills & Education:
Business acumen: Intel strategy, business and product groups. Strong understanding of Intel business and its business groups' main goals and challenges; experience and knowledge of how Intel operates globally.
HR and Legal acumen: Processes, systems, precedence and best practices. Assess issues in the context of an organization's processes, structures and capabilities to develop holistic organization responses.
Business consulting skills: Solid design skills for both the organization and its talent. Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.
Analytical capabilities: Ability to see the interconnectedness and cycles of all that surrounds you as well as draw accurate conclusions from data and determine appropriate interventions to address business challenges.
Stake holder management skills: Excellent contracting and stakeholder management skills with an ability to collaborate across management levels. Experience working with senior management and Executive levels is an advantage.
Communication skills: Strong interpersonal communications skills, including influencing and ability to encourage evolution.
Leadership/Coaching skills: Strong proven leadership skills and experience in positioning executives to make thoughtful decisions about their organization's mission and goals, and properly allocate resources to achieve those directives. Valuable leadership skills include the ability to delegate, inspire and communicate effectively.
