Work with Product Owner to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. Convert business requirements into technical terms for the development team, perform high level data analysis & detailed designs. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. This includes: - - Partnering with business representatives to understand the business value, problem and needs, document and analyze as-is and to-be processes, business data and success criteria - Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements AND system expectations at a detailed level (including accounting for downstream/upstream impacts) - Partnering with technical leads/reps to give feedback and shape the design; Plan, Document and Execute Test Cases; Report out status to the project teams - Act as a subject matter expert on data definitions, business process steps and tools - Suggest and drive business and project process / workflow improvements where appropriate - Document all designs and functionality to enable the production support organization to support the application post implementation and stabilization

Qualifications Minimum Skills Required:

- High level understanding of database structure (Basic SQL, Relational database structure)

- A 4 year college degree with 7+ years of experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst or Product Ownership- Experience using AGILE to manage projects (SCRUM) - Exposure to Intel Partner Programs , Channel & Customer Profile programs- Understanding of DW & Reporting landscape : EDW , MSBI, BOBJ, etc. - Experience in BPMS tools & workflow management is a plus
